Pool repair in Gilbert Arizona - leaking valve

I was contacted by a customer in Gilbert Arizona about a pool repair, to fix the heater bypass (3-way diverter valve) that was leaking. The valve was cracked, because the screws that hold the cover on were overtightened and cracked the valve body. A few of the screws could not be tightened and apply pressure to the O ring, so it wouldn't seal.

There was a lack of space to install a new valve with out re-plumbing a lot of the return side pipe and replacing other valves adjacent to the cracked valve, so I reoriented the position and placement of the new valve to get the job done.
