Jason is the third pool technician I've had in the past three years, in an effort to address our system and Baracuda cleaner which has never performed at optimum levels. Jason did a thorough diagnostics of our pool, system, and cleaner and provided us with a solution that was permanent and cost effective. Other pool companies have previously tried to sell me the need to replace higher ticket items such as motor, filter, sweeper, etc., however, Jason gave our system a clean bill of health and focused on the real source of the problem which lied in minor replacement parts for our sweeper and an additional skimmer option to maximize the cleanliness and performance of our system. Our pool has not looked this clean nor performed this well in the past three years, and we have Jason to thank for it. I highly recommend Jason if you are looking for an honest, fair and detail oriented professional. I know he's our "pool guy" for any other issues that might arise with our pool.
Jason takes pride in what he does and it shows. He's responsible and knows his trade. If there's a problem with the pool he looks at every possibility and is not in it just to take your money but to help you. I really like the fact that he's the owner and does the jobs as well. I have bad experiences with other companies where I call and speak with whomever, not the actual person (or persons) that maintained the pool. Bottom line, if you're looking for someone that knows what he's doing, is responsible, reliable and fairly priced, Jason is the guy.
I had Jason help me with my pool filter in Mesa AZ. He was so knowledgeable that I want to introduce him to all my friends. I now live in CA. My husband phoned Jason about our problem. He answered our question in detail and with patience. We never met him but we all like his knowledge and definitely will ask for his help in the future. Moved into my first house that had a pool. Had an issue with the pump not working correctly. Jason found and fixed the issue in 15 minutes. It turned out the pool guy before had accidentally messed up some electrical wiring which luckily for me Jason tracked down and fixed. Took me around the rest of the time and marked all the pipes for me and marked the valves so I would know which valve was which and where I should set it if I ever needed to change something. Showed me how to properly chemically treat my pool and what to be looking for. Recommended best practices for maintaining my pool all year. If you are looking for someone to fix your pool or teach you how to take care of your pool yourself Jason is the guy you are looking for.
We were in need of some pool repair in Ahwatukee, and through a Google search came across Jason the Pool Guy. I was immediately impressed with his response time, and his work was reasonably priced and performed on time as promised. He thoroughly explained the work he was doing, why, and kept to his estimate. We've used Jason several time since then, and he has been just as thorough, prompt and professional. I really appreciate his communication, his honesty, his keeping commitments and even his electronic receipt process! I highly recommend Jason the Pool Guy.
Jason is, without exaggeration, the BEST service professional I have ever worked with! I bought a house and was nervous and completely oblivious about owning and taking care of a pool. I called Jason because I wanted to work with a local business and was blown away by how knowledgeable and diligent he is. He spent an entire afternoon just showing me how to use and care for my system; he labeled every part and explained the in's and out's. Talk about going above and beyond! His pricing is up-front and reasonable and he is fantastic with phone and e-mail contact, especially in urgent situations. Any review of Jason that is anything but 5-stars is obviously not credible. I can't recommend Jason highly enough!
Jason is the BEST!!!! Hiring Jason to care for our pool was one of the best decisions we have ever made. He has changed our lives by saving us time, algae outbreaks and a lot of headache. Going on vacation? No worries because your pool is cared for! It is so nice to always have a clean pool. He is meticulous, beyond knowledgeable and extremely responsive. I've had Jason taking care of my pool for going on 2 years now and I couldn't be happier with the service. Over the past 2 years, Jason has replaced my pool filter, installed a new VFD pump and motor and most recently installed a new pool heater. All the equipment that he's installed has significantly decreased both my monthly electric and gas bills (electric during the summer and gas during the winter when we're running the hot tub). Jason didn't try to sell me the most expensive equipment, but more importantly, he sold me the best solution for my pool's specific needs. Any time there's an issue with the pool or he sees a way to operate the system more efficiently, I get an email with his recommendations. He even came by the house the day after a storm, knowing that I had a pool party planned for the following day and vacuumed everything out and cleaned the filters. I didn't even receive a bill for the extra service. If you're looking to relieve yourself from all the maintenance and headaches associated with your pool, I highly recommend Jason's service. I had another pool company before him and I learned the hard way, you get exactly what you pay for. Jason brings value and experience to the table that has paid for itself time and time again. Jason has been doing my pool for a little over 3 years. He treats every pool as it is his and mine has been crystal clear ever since he took it over. I have recommended him to a close friend and to a relative, both have had perfect pools since. I have had no billing issues. When he is not going to come by he lets you know the week before so you do not expect him.
I called Jason when my pool pump sprung a very bad leak. He came out right away, and I was very impressed. He looked not just at the pump, but at the whole system that I had in place, most of which is approximately 25 years old. He took the time to explain to me in detail how everything works, and I learned a whole lot about my system that I didn't know. From there, he recommended a replacement pump and a couple of other small repairs to get the pool running in optimal condition. He also made many recommendations for a long term strategy to replace and repair the rest of my 25 year old system, and make sure that all equipment is appropriately sized to work best together. He was able to come the very next day and do the installation. Everything went smoothly, Jason was a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely have him back out again the next time something needs to be replaced.
I can't say enough great things about Jason. He has been working with us for the last two years and he has been instrumental in keeping our pool sparkling clean. He is timely, patient, and diligent in all the work he does. Most importantly, in addition to just being someone who will "cleans" your pool, Jason is an extremely skilled pool technician/service man. This became evident in the last year when he replaced our pool pump and filter. When I notified Jason that our previous pump broke, he was at my house within a few hours to assess the problem and discuss options. Jason gave me a wide range of solutions, worked within my budget, and his repair work done right the first time. I didn't have to call multiple people to get quotes, I called one person: Jason. It is very comforting knowing that the exact person who quoted you the repair, did the repair, and is present at your house weekly to clean your pool and make sure all systems are operating properly. You will not be sorry having Jason as your pool guy.
We moved from NY to AZ into a house with a pool. Having had no experience with pools we hired the company the previous owners recommended. It was not a great experience with them. A friend then told us about Jason and we called to set up a time for him to come out and look at our pool. He came out to meet with us at exactly the time he said he would be there. Inspected all the equipment and explained their function as well as pool chemistry. Jason has faithfully serviced our pool on a weekly basis and has done necessary repairs to the equipment which is fairly old at this point. We also had a pool light replaced through him. The new light failed approximately 11 months after being installed (due to a manufacturing defect) Jason went above and beyond to get the defective light replaced through his dealer and get us a new light. While Jason may not come on the same day of the week each week to service the pool due to varying work loads, He has never missed a week of service and he sends email communication to his customers when he will be off and may miss a week of service. Overall, we have been very happy with Jason and the service he provides!
